BT works – I was able to pair the laptop with my phone. Have you tried doing a clean wifi driver install from the link i shared, followed by the driver provided from dell and then the Broadcomm upgrade tool including the latest Widcomm software.?

It still needed to drll “primed” with the Dell windows 8 driver and then finally upgraded again by the Broadcomm update tool. Today the device stopped working. Rebooted again, enabling BT. I am keeping it handy for Win8.

Worked for me too. Whatever is installed now is probably from Win8. System One OS Windows 8. We offer a xpss OS but you’ll eventually need a new computer because we don’t plan on continuing to support the old hardware even though the user dell xps 1340 bluetooth find, if lucky, with the right drivers the old hardware still works great with the new OS.
