I have exactly the same problem! Configuration Manager supports the remote control of all workgroup computers and domain-joined computers that run supported operating systems for the Configuration Manager client. Did you find any sollution?
Important If the client setting Prompt user for Remote Control contrl is set to Truethe connection does not initiate until the user at the remote computer agrees to the remote control prompt.
